Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date. Returns must be requested at returns@atlantaluxurybags.com. Initial shipping costs are not returned. Refunds are given in the form of store credit. Each return is subject to restocking fee, see more information on restocking fees below.
- Our Atlanta Luxury Bag tag must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), please make sure all items are packed securely when returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a return.
- Item(s) purchased in store are not eligible for return. We encourage you to take your time exploring our products in-store, ensuring your complete satisfaction before making a purchase.
- Item(s) that are purchased online and picked up in-store are not eligible for return. We encourage you to take your time exploring our products in-store, ensuring your complete satisfaction before making a purchase.
- International sales are not eligible for return.
- Jewelry sales are not eligible for return.

Online Return Process: To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at returns@atlantaluxurybags.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Share the reason for your return, and upon receiving your email, we'll promptly reach out to confirm approval. Returns are only processed in the form of store credit. Please note that any shipping or insurance fees for the original order are non-refundable.
Restocking and Processing Fees: As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we've established a transparent fee structure for returns. For items that have been delivered, there will be a flat restocking fee. There will be a 3% fee for items that haven't been shipped. Please review the following guidelines:
- Items below $500: $25 restocking fee
- Items between $500 and $5,000: $50 restocking fee
- Items $5,000 and above: $100 restocking fee
Return Shipping Responsibility: For your peace of mind, we recommend adding insurance to the return shipment. Please note that Atlanta Luxury Bags cannot be held liable for lost return packages or any related delays.
Return Processing and Analysis: Once we receive and assess your returned merchandise, our dedicated team will diligently review it. Store Credit is typically issued within 10 business days of this analysis, allowing us to ensure the accuracy and fairness of each return.
Online Outlet Items and In-Store Purchases: Please note that our return policy does not extend to Online Outlet items, as these are considered final sale. For in-store purchases, all sales are also deemed final. Previously owned: We take immense pride in offering only the highest quality authentic items, though please remember that our inventory consists of previously owned pieces. We recommend closely examining the detailed product photos prior to making a purchase. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written out in the description, this is not considered misrepresentation. Should you receive an item that appears inauthentic or misaligned with the description, kindly reach out to us within 5 days of delivery at returns@atlantaluxurybags.com, and we'll address the matter promptly.
