Package Returns: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or any other reason not attributed to Atlanta Luxury Bags' error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Reshipping Costs: To have your package reshipped to the correct address or as otherwise required, you will be responsible for covering the shipping and insurance cost. We will provide you with a quote for the reshipping charges, and your order will be reshipped upon payment confirmation.
